Nitrate removal takes place in 2 stages:
1 - Ion-exchange resins to replace nitrate ions found in water with sodium ions
2 - Once the resins are saturated they can be regenerated using a brine solution containing high concentration of sodium ions
Special feature: Fiberglass cylinder with chronometric or volumetric regeneration
