Biological Treatment
Why ?
Following pretreatment, biological treatment applied to organic matter (biodegradable) might be done to remove matters in solution.
Water charged with dissolved organic matter that stays in an aeration basin will see microorganisms grow.
Mechanical mixing or air cause bacteria to develop being fed by the contaminants. When gathering together they make biological mud.
How :
Our selection
BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS
Ventilation: Provide microorganisms existing in the biomass with oxygen (from air) so as to ensure mixing and homogenisation to guarantee inner contact between water and contaminants.
Biological «doping»: Products originally from biotechnology may be injected into biological reactors depending on the intended results (anti-odor, mud volume decrease...)
Treatment of the grease: Specific bacteria are used to hydrolyse greasy rejection so as to return them into the purification process and to greatly decrease disposal costs.
Anti moss treatment: The purification process often produces moss that may cause great disorder in the sewage plants. Injection of anti moss product that suits the concerned effluent.
