SIMPLEX SOFTENER
Water softening takes place in 2 stages:
1- Ion-exchange resins to replace sodium ions with calcium ions and magnesium from water
2- Once the resins are saturated they can be regenerated using a brine solution containing high concentration of sodium ions
Special feature: Soft water is not made during regeneration
